All rooms equipped with phones,
refrigerators, air conditioners and cable TV. Efficiency Apartments
include microwave, two burner cooktop and coffeepot. Maid service is given
to all rooms daily during summer season. RESERVATIONS:
First night deposit is required
for all reservations. A deposit guarantees the type of room requested.
You are responsible for the number of nights reserved
PAYMENT: Balance is due upon arrival. CANCELLATION
POLICY: Cancellations must be received 14 days prior to arrival
date in order to receive refund of deposit. After 14 days prior,
total deposit forfeited. Any change to a reservation is subject to a
$20.00 service fee. You are responsible for the number of nights
reserved. Refunds are not given due to inclement weather. Rain
or shine there are NO exceptions. INFORMATION:
Rooms do not include clocks, toasters, radios, hair dryers, irons,
internet access, beach or pool towels. Maids will not do
dishes. There is a $10.00 per person/per night charge for additional
guests over the age of seven. Cots and cribs are available for an
additional fee of $10.00 per night. There is a $25.00 charge on all
returned checks and a $10.00 charge for lost keys. PETS: are not
permitted on the premises.
